Senior IT System Operations Specialist

• Technical support:

. Monitor all component of platform, including Cloud infrastructure, Database, Network
. Monitor business processes running on software applications

• Business support

. Resolve requests from users, ensuring all tickets are handled professionally and efficiently
. Provide technical support at level 2 to fix the production defects of software applications

• Incident resolution support

. Work closely with DevOps and Development team to address incidents
. Coordinate with other teams to analyse, identify and troubleshoot incidents among systems

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree

. Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology or equivalent

• Experience

. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an application support role or a similar position
Communication skills
. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users

• Problem solving

. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Technical knowledge

. Postman/ Rest API / SOAPUI
. Automation và Scripting
. Ability to read and comprehend system logs to accurately identify issues and record detailed information
. Database and SQL querying to review and troubleshoot issues
. Experience with system monitoring tool: grafana, k8s lens, aws cloudwatch
