Drive and implement process improvement and process innovation initiatives to improve manufacturing performance, operational efficiency, and product quality.
Design, test, and implement new processes, systems, and manufacturing solutions for production upgrades and new product requirements.
Develop, standardize, and monitor operating procedures for new or improved manufacturing processes.
Research and evaluate new machines, technologies, and manufacturing methods to support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Analyze manufacturing processes, production capacity, costing, and ROI to identify improvement opportunities and optimize production performance.
Support Production teams in improving throughput, reducing waste, improving workflow, and sustaining continuous improvement activities across operations.
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety standards, quality requirements, and operational procedures.
Maintain process documentation and support process monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities.
Lead or participate in projects related to Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, process optimization, and manufacturing transformation.
Provide training, coaching, and technical support to junior engineers and related teams.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and process alignment.

1. Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical disciplines.
Background in Lean Manufacturing, Process Improvement, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering is preferred.
2. Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement, manufacturing engineering, or related roles in manufacturing environments.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Cell Manufacturing, Pull Systems, One Piece Flow, and continuous improvement activities.
Strong analytical skills with experience in process capacity analysis, costing, and ROI evaluation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and statistical analysis tools.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks is an advantage.
3. Knowledge of:
Lean Manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
Process optimization, workflow analysis, and operational efficiency improvement.
Theory of Constraints and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Project management, budgeting, and cost control.
Manufacturing processes, change management, and continuous improvement practices.
4. Skills & Abilities:
