Maintain activities in order to cover clearly product vision and roadmap in accordance with the company’s direction, and accurately communicate with stakeholders throughout the product implementation the platform for the sales force or the customer in the insurance sector.
Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and follow up the product roadmap to strategic goals of the Company from time to time
Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business value or balance between benefits and implementation resources
Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management.
B. Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Vision and Strategy
Understand exactly the direction, business goal of the company as well as the product’s vision and development roadmap to do activities in order to follow up the right direction
Conduct the insurance market research to identify user needs and pain points in fact.
Prioritize the vital features and functionalities based on business value and customer impact positively.
Own and manage the product / features / functionalities backlog, refining user stories and ensuring clarity for the development team of the digital platform for the sales force or the customer
Prioritize backlog items based on business value and complexity of implementation.
Regularly update and groom the backlog to reflect evolving requirements
3. Agile Development Collaboration
Facilitate sprint planning sessions, ensuring the team understands the sprint goals and backlog items
Actively participate in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews to track progress and identify potential issues
Collaborate closely with the system development team, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
4. Customer Focus
Gather customer feedback through user research, surveys, and analytics.
Represent the voice of the customer within the development team
Analyze user data to identify areas for product improvement.
5. Metrics and Reporting
Track key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for optimization.
Communicate product performance and insights to stakeholders.

University degree or higher, priority given to majors in the Insurance, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, IT
Minimum 2 years of experience as PO or Senior BA in the financial sector (insurance / bank / investment), experience in developing products on the digital platform is an advantage
The fluent English communication, IELTS or related english certificate is in advantage.
