Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations in the e-commerce and retail sectors.
Lead the inspection and testing of products and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality control measures into all aspects of our operations.
Analyze data from quality checks to identify trends, report findings, and recommend solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements to continuously enhance our quality control practices.
Train and mentor team members on quality control processes and best practices.
Regularly review and update quality control procedures and documentation.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably within the e-commerce and retail sectors.
Proficiency in English across all competencies, with a required minimum of IELTS 6.0 or an equivalent qualification.
Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
Proven track record of identifying and resolving quality-related issues.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
