(Senior) R&D Packaging Engineer

1. R&D packaging for Electronic Products: Design structure, packing test, create BOM, documents, qualify samples.. on projects
2.  Develop packaging plans and coordinate tasks in a systematic way.
3. Monitor work progress and make adjustments to minimize design deviation.
4. Coordinate with Engineering & QA to complete cross-functional tasks.
5. Work with marketing, development partners and operational teams worldwide to develop cost effective packaging solutions in end user satisfaction and manufacturing efficiency.
6. To meet milestones for packaging design development, qualification and flawless program execution.
7. Work with testing partners to meet or exceed packaging targets including design, cost, quality and schedule.
8. To support activities to drive cost out of packaging through design, materials, assembly and logistics optimization.

This position will be based in 03 locations of TTI. The candidate can choose to work at 1/3 of suitable locations. 

1.  SHTP Factory, District 9, HCMC. Shuttle bus from District 1, 7, 10, 12/Go Vap/Binh Thanh, Binh Duong, Dong Nai is available.
2. Củ Chi Factory, HCMC. Shuttle bus from District 1, 10,11,12, Thu Duc, Hoc Mon/Binh Duong/Dong Nai is available. 
3. Dong Nai Factory, Dau Giay Dong Nai. Shuttle bus from District 1, Thu Duc/Dong Nai is available. 

1. University degree with Printing/Packaging Major or Mechanical Major.
2. Minimum 01 year experience in same position in Manufacturing company
3. 1-2 years relevant experience with knowledge of the Produce Packaging
4. Artios CAD or Auto Cad/ NX.. Know Illustrator is plus.
5. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PPT..
6. Good level written and spoken English to work with global team
7. Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills to work with packaging suppliers for the cost-effective solution.
8. Work with RTI for the packaging design and development.
