Develop and establish formulas, research outlines, and product characteristics for new products that meet the company’s NPD requirements.
Implement the formula and production process for new products on a mass production scale across relevant departments and factories.
Manage and issue TCKT, BOM, SOP and related regulations for new products.
Oversee the use of additives and labeling information to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Identify and develop new raw material sources for new products.
Improve formulas and processes for current products.
Monitor and update information on competing products in the market.
Search for and evaluate alternative raw material sources to ensure continuity of supply.
Provide information related to export products.
Assist in resolving issues related to assigned products.
Carry out other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Chemistry, or Food Technology.
Good proficiency in English.
At least 5 years of experience in food R&D.
Strong communication skills, with a clear and artiulate voice; capable of analyzing and solving problems effectively.
