Sika Vietnam is seeking caliber candidates for Senior Sales Executive - Building Systems to assist Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales and marketing vision and target for Building Systems (Sealing & Bonding, Waterproofing, Roofing, Flooring, Refurbishment, Building Finishing).

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop and maintain effective customer relationships to sustain and promote growth of sales operations.
  • Negotiate with customers at the best interest of Sika.
  • Achieve annual sales target assigned to team and individual.
  • Proceed all quotations and offers, sales contracts, debt collection and all official letters related to customers.
  • Give technical advice to customers.
  • Collect debt from customers.
  • Watch all expenses related to entertainment with customers.
  • Follow up projects assigned by Supervisor.
  • Provide required reports and planning as well as monthly sales forecast.
  • Coordinate colleagues and other sections or departments in order to achieve group objectives
  • Undertake and perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
  • Keep confidential all company business information and documentation.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field of studies, candidates with Construction background is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Building Materials industry, especially working with General Contractors/Applicators
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Able to travel when required.
  • Skillful Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good English skills
  • Vietnamese speaking
