KiN was born from the friendship and shared vision of a group of Singaporean and Vietnamese friends, with backgrounds in tech and real estate. In 2023, seeing a rising need for comfortable, work-from-anywhere spaces, we launched our very first project: a small collection of stays under the Kin Wander name. It was meant for staycations, but the overwhelming response inspired us to grow beyond that vision and step into the wider world of hospitality.
In just three years, KiN Group has grown into a multi-brand ecosystem spanning hospitality, F&B, wellness, lifestyle, and business services. We are hiring a Senior Social Content Creator or Social Content Specialist who owns the full social content lifecycle - from planning and ideation to shooting, posting, and performance analysis. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role suited for someone experienced, creative, and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple social media accounts while maintaining consistency, quality, and brand voice. You will be responsible not just for creating content, but for shaping content pillars, planning social calendars strategically, and using data and tools to continuously optimise performance.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
● Develop content pillars aligned with brand objectives and audience insights
● Plan monthly and campaign-based content calendars across multiple social media accounts
● Ensure consistency in posting frequency, messaging, tone, and visual identity
● Translate brand positioning into engaging, platform-relevant content ideas Content Creation (Plan, Shoot, Post)
● Plan, shoot, and publish social media content across platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
● Create short-form videos, reels, stories, static posts, and captions
● Organise and manage content shoots, including:
○ Shoot locations / venues
○ Props and equipment
○ Talent, hosts, or featured individuals
● Direct shoots where required and ensure content is captured efficiently and on-brief
Multi-Account & Execution Management
● Manage and execute content for multiple social media accounts simultaneously
● Maintain organised content libraries, schedules, and posting workflows
● Ensure content deadlines are met
Performance Analysis & Optimisation
● Track, analyse, and report on content performance using social analytics tools
● Interpret data on engagement, reach, growth, and conversions
● Optimise content strategy based on insights, trends, and platform algorithm changes
● Use scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools confidently to support decision-making
Collaboration & Ownership
● Work closely with marketing, brand, and PR teams
● Proactively suggest new content ideas, formats, and experiments
● Take full ownership of social content outcomes and continuous improvement
