Managing Shipping / customs/ logistics for both BUs FC + OP

Report to: OPD-Shipping Director

• Managing Shipping/ Logistics activities for all Inbound+ Outbound Shipments
• Customs compliance enhance for total Shipping/ Logistics activities
• COO management for import/ export shipments
• Cost management for Import/ export activities and Logistics activities
• People management, team performance dedicated and evaluated
• Connecting/ Dealing with internal/ externals partners for Shipping trouble/ issues
• Reporting/ other assignment from Management

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education: Bachelor or above
• Experience: Minimum 5 years at the same level for Manufacturing company
• Knowledge: Leadership and management on supply chain/ Logistics/ Impot export
• Functional Skills: Foreign trade/ Supply chain/ Logistics/Import- export
• Other Abilities: (1) Fluently on English all skills; (2) Problem solving; (3) Willing to work at any circumstances; (4) Can work with high pressure and hard working 
• Working place: This role will require travel between our factory locations in Cu Chi - HCMC and Dau Giay - Dong Nai. We provides the shuttle bus from Binh Duong, HCMC and Dong Nai.
