Mô tả Công việc

Working Location: Dau Giay, Dong Nai without shuttle bus

Working Time: 2 PM -10 PM (fixed working time)

We open this postion for fresh gradudate with fluency English communication

MAIN TASKS:

Order Processing:
• Manage customer orders for export, ensuring correct quantity, pricing, and shipping details.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and warehousing teams to ensure goods are ready for shipment.
Logistics & Shipping Coordination:
• Liaise with shipping companies and freight forwarders to arrange vessel space for daily bookings.
• Prepare and review all export documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Coordinate with customs brokers (CB) for export clearance.
• Manage container bookings, inland transport, and cargo handling.
Customer & Vendor Communication:
• Maintain communication with the PRC OPD team and customers regarding shipment updates, lead times, and required documentation.
• Work with Forwarders to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Resolve any issues related to delivery delays or discrepancies.
Record Keeping & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, export transactions, and related documentation.
• Record abnormal costs and update the billing team accordingly.
• Prepare weekly and monthly export activity reports.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Fluency English communication skill

Bachelor’s degree in Import-Export, 2-3 years working experience (background in EPE is preferred)
Experienced and skillful in shipment arrangement
Proficiency in customs procedures and experienced in resolving customs related matters.
Experience in working with Forwarders (Sea, Air, Express) and Carriers is a must.
Able to work independently and under tight time schedule.
Good team working spirit. Able to work with multiple stakeholders.
Computer knowledge (word, PowerPoint especially good at excel, macro skill is preferred)
Able to use VNACCS software, strong knowledge in ERP system.
Good logic thinking. Good Problem-solving skills.
Good at reporting skill
