Mô tả Công việc

• Lead sourcing and onboarding of suppliers, negotiate business terms, and sign contracts.
• Proactively provide material configuration iteration and cost optimization solutions to stakeholders, generating value-added services.
• Integrated development and procurement of new equipment categories; responsible for end-to-end management of development and procurement orders, and recording supplier exceptions.
• Responsible for setting up standard processes and maintaining the knowledge base.

• Items involved:

1. Advertising (Sticker, Foamboard, PVC Board, LOGO / Signage)
2. Consumable items (printer, ink, thermal paper, T-shirts)
3. Electrical equipment

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with over 1 year of relevant sourcing experience.
• Professional Skills: Rich supplier resources, ability to manage supplier development, familiarity with dynamic cost management systems; proficient in procurement processes including delivery management, quality control, and inventory management.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, familiar with common functions/formulas and data tools. Strong communication, negotiation, goal decomposition,
communication, coordination abilities, and teamwork spirit.
• Outgoing personality, skilled in communication and expression; proficiency in English is preferred
