Support line manager to plan and implement marketing & sales plan for commercial property; organize and participate in relevant events.
Market research: study microeconomics, market trend and customer intention; update the development of surrounding areas in term of size, development stage, population, rental, brand of facilities & services, etc.
Search & build a network of target and potential customers for Commercial Real Estate
Propose sales scheme & sales price/ rental; negotiate contract terms & follow up the implementation.
Handover spaces and lands, provide and support customers for relevant documents & licenses; collect overdue rental fee.
Implement & solve customer’s request & complain; organize after sales program in order to increase customer’s satisfaction to maintain & increase occupancy rate.
Prepare, store and manage contracts & relevant documents.
Send letter of debt note, payment request, invoice to customers; collect & prepare relevant internal documents & licenses and support to handover the property to customers.
Carrying out the work of opening the store, shop-house (if any).

Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing-related majors
At least 3 years’ experience in real estate sales and leasing, market analysis.
Proficient in drafting administrative documents (contracts, invitations, quotes, ...)
