- Recruiting employee with working base in Phu My Town, Ba Ria Vung Tau Province.

- Company has shuttle bus in Bien Hoa, Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards by detecting and addressing deviations in raw materials, products, or processes. Propose and implement improvements in the quality control process to enhance product quality and operational efficiency, reporting progress to management.

- Act as the liaison between customers and the company, receiving, investigating, and resolving quality complaints to safeguard the company's reputation and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Collect and analyze data from quality control processes to identify trends or abnormalities, preparing detailed reports to assist manager in decision-making and providing the foundation for quality enhancement suggestions.

- Ensure that all measuring and testing equipment is calibrated and maintained in optimal working condition to minimize deviations in the production process and ensure the accuracy of test results..

- Other duties that may be assigned by manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Experience: 2-3 years at the same position.

- Education: College and above.

- Proficient in office computer skills.

- Basic English communication.
