Mô tả Công việc

Responsibilities will be (but not limited to):

  • Facilities Management: Report all issues to Facilities Management team in a timely manner Follow up all actions to take inside the store and ensure to have a good record to keep track
  • Special Event: Plan and manage all limited release events including crowd control, schedule planning, manpower delegation and liaise with internal party or 3rd party vendor or contractor if necessary for smooth launching
  • In-store Activation: Keep good communication with Marketing team, assist on all in-store set-up and manage the events in line with the store operations procedure
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is in good shape at all time for day-to-day operations and to cope with different business needs of the store
  • Audit: Coordinate and manage all store audits in collaboration with all departments especially Stock team and Cashier team
  • Manage stationary ordering, drinking water ordering and store supplies ordering
  • Familiar with all Company rules and procedures, act as a bridge between the communication of associates and the Management
  • Liaise with all relevant internal parties and external parties in professional manners regarding issues related to the store

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least Bachelor degree from reputable universities
  • At least 5 years working experiences as Area Manager, preferably from Retail industry
  • Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company
  • Manages team, incl. Store Associate, Assistant Store Manager in order to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales
  • Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques
  • Works with Region Head, Visual Merchandiser as well as Product Planning to develop and maximize the sales team's revenue potential
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
  • Good communication skills in English
