Store Manager - QUẢN LÝ NHÀ HÀNG

JCR VietNam is a part of Maxim’s Group, currently operating two renowned Japanese restaurant brands in Vietnam:

• Yakiniku Like – a popular solo yakiniku restaurant offering a “Tasty! Quick! Value!”.
• Genki Sushi – the largest sushi chain in Hong Kong, known for its fresh ingredients and modern sushi dining experience.

We're looking for potential candidate for a store of Yakiniku Like in Estella, D2 with key responsibilities as following:

• Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring a high standard of service and quality. Lead and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Staff Management: training and develop team members. Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance skills.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and profitability. Implement strategies to improve revenue and reduce costs.
• Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, minimizing waste, and maintaining stock levels.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
• Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate on marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity in FnB industry (experience in fast-casual dining will be an added advantage).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture is a plus.
• Proficient in financial management and budget oversight.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
