Mô tả Công việc

Marcom Lead is responsible for handling a wide range of projects and being responsible for the communication and branding of the brand by serving them as the primary contact point and coordinator for all the local activities; providing suitable marketing and communication campaigns, and liaising between brand and internal resources to ensure the efficiency of outcomes.

Research market and communication trends as well as brand information

  • Observe and capture market and communication trends, especially in related fields
  • Acquire an understanding of the brand's product or service, the market and its consumers – and understand their
    objectives in terms of sales, market share, brand awareness and positioning

Act as key contact point for the brand for management and execution

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent interaction
  • Develop a detailed project plan, monitor progress and provide end-to-end project management
  • Understand the larger financial picture and the impacts of marcom activities on the brand’s overall performance
  • Manage client’s expectations and interpret client’s feedback for change or improvement

Coordinate with other departments and team members

  • Oversee various execution stages and ensure adequate resources to meet projects’ deadlines, maximizing
    internal interests and external profits
  • Create organized and clear communications at all levels and across all departments
  • Develop team members by coaching, training, and identifying areas of growth

Digital Project Manager

  • MKT Automation Strategy and coordinator
  • Communication leader in brandS development on e-commerce platforms or their own website

Other tasks assigned by the line manager

  • Deliver reports, analysis, and other task as requested

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Experience: With at least 3 years of marketing communications experiences
  • Education: BA degree in Communications, Advertising, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Knowledge: High- end product market, Experience in building marketing strategies in all aspects (branding,
    products, distribution…)
