Team Lead – Customer Service & Pricing (Logistics/Forwarding)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Team Lead - Customer Service & Pricing with strong experience in handling export/import shipments, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Operations & Customer Service team.
• Develop and manage overseas agent relationships and network.
• Drive operational efficiency, service quality, and cost optimization.
• Support business growth by achieving revenue and profit targets.
• Handle customer service, complaints, and operational issues.
• Coordinate pricing, shipment execution, and internal operations.
• Provide market updates, freight rates, and logistics solutions to agents and customers.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment status updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Operations, or Pricing within the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry.
• Previous experience in a Team Leader or Senior Executive role is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, shipping documentation, import/export procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
• Good negotiation and communication skills with carriers, overseas agents, and customers.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform well under pressure.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics software is an advantage.
