1. Business Development:
- Utilize your existing network to identify and pursue new business opportunities with new customers, focusing on Powder Flavor
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue
2. Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Drive sales by promoting our extensive range of products to our customers
- Negotiate agreements with a focus on long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships
- Regularly review and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee the seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
4. Key Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
1. EDUCATION:
- Bachelor degree, preferred in Food/ Chemical Technology
- Fluent English
2. EXPERIENCE:
- SALES ORIENTED
- Track record as sales person at least 3 years working experience
- Good verbal skills with ability to establish good relations with potential clients.
- Experiences coming from Flavor and/or from F&B/ Food ingredient industry
3. KEY COMPETENCIES:

- Willing to learn and to develop skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-confident, able to work independently and without supervision
- Taking initiative and be able to propose new ideas/solutions persuasively
