Technical Sales Executive

·       Customer Technical Support

Troubleshoot customer production issues.

Able to conduct customer trials and support extrusion machines on-site.

Analyze process parameters and recommend solutions.

·       R&D

Experience in developing and optimizing polymer compounds.

Ability to improve product performance, quality and cost.

English: Intermediate English proficiency with basic communication skills

Education: Bachelor's or College’s degree in Chemical/Technical

Skills:

-        Problem solving.

-        Excellent communication & negotiation skills. 

-        Good IT Skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

-        Team Working and Personal Impact.

-        Managing the Customer Relationship.

Experiences:

-        Minimum 1 year in the sales and marketing department or Technical service other department concerned to be suitable by sales and marketing representative.
