• PURPOSE

The purpose of this job is to lead the strategic promotion of our product solutions. This role will drive nationwide growth by engaging key decision-makers, including architects, engineers, and general contractors, and implementing a robust specification strategy. Be is responsible for leading and managing the technical service operations at project sites, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class support, rapid complaint resolution, and seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders. This role plays a strategic part in enhancing customer satisfaction, driving operational excellence, and supporting business growth through proactive problem-solving, team leadership, and market insight.

• RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ability to plan and to set strategy for specification team how to convince targeted architects to specify company's products for their projects

• Identify key architects, consultants, and developers who are contributing to the major projects in construction industry.

• Classify the target architects, consultants, developers to determine where the team can put their focus and improve spec selling accuracy.

• Do frequent visits of architects, consultants, developers to provide excellent services, necessary information.

• Understand deeply customer needs and offer the right values.

• Follow project from documentation, design state up to sale state to make sure we can reach up highest turnover on project

2. Establish strong business relationship with key project specifiers – engineers, architects, developers, consultants, project owners, government agencies

• Visit & maintain visibility at targeted specifiers

• Identify who should be the focused customers

• Build trust to secure customers through our professional consultancy service

• Responsible for finding the optimal technical solution to match customers’ needs for non-standard cases in the tender phase.

3. Perform consultancy for specific projects and do some necessary activities ie mini workshop, technical training, testimonial, demonstration, etc

• Organize product introduction workshops, seminars, etc aiming to impact and influence specifiers.

• Decide proper sponsor activities for specifiers who strongly refer to using AN products

• Provide correct method, specifications, drawing to customer with high technical expertise

4. Actively protect secured specification to effectively support sales team to bring back actual sales volume

• Maintain good relationships with architects, developers, consultants

• Approach projects timely to provide excellent solutions

• Coordinate between Sales Team & specifiers to make sure secured specification become actual sales

• Constantly review the product range, Method, drawing and ensure it meets the demands of our customers.

• Be personally responsible for the follow-up of activities and projects which you have been assigned to ensure customer satisfaction

5. Technical site management

• Lead the technical site team to deliver superior service quality across all project sites.

• Ensure all customer complaints are handled effectively and closed within 7 days.

• Oversee technical support activities including mock-ups, sampling, testing, warranty handling, and on-site training.

• Collaborate with RS Lab and Quality Control to analyze product-related issues and implement corrective actions.

• Drive proactive problem prevention and resolution for existing customers.

• Supervise the implementation and testing of new products and technologies at customer sites.

• Coordinate with HoPS, Strategic KAM, Regional Sales Managers, and Warehouse teams for forecasting, logistics, and issue resolution.

• Monitor and report on competitive activities and market trends at customer sites.

• Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM systems, including visit reports, action plans, and regulatory documentation.

• Promote a positive company image and foster long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders such as PMU at Sites; especially with 6 strategic key accounts.

• Provide regular performance and market insight reports to senior management with actionable recommendations.

6. Cross Functional Relationship

• Liaison with marketing teams to support new product launches.

• Liaison with marketing teams to illustrate the unique selling points at event that marketing handle.

7. Effective team management

• Organize team

• Build road map for team members on both the functional and soft skills development

• Identify talent for development

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Materials, Architecture.

• Proven track record (minimum 7 years) in Specification sales or technical sales within the construction industry.

• Strong technical knowledge of construction chemicals and building materials. Widely network in construction industry

• Effectively develop & perform sales presentations to potential specifiers

• Technically competent in construction methods and standards, including specifications, material selection processes and key (sales critical) construction phase(s) preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

• Influence and impact on others

• Proven experience in complaint handling, product testing, and customer relationship management.

• Strong technical knowledge of product application, testing, and quality control.

• Good leadership to manage and develop a talented team.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English & Vietnamese.
