The main responsibilities will include arranging tickets on the system, handling documentation, and supporting various tasks under the guidance of the Supervisor. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Ticket Arrangement:
Organize and manage support tickets (Incident, Service Requests) within the eZSupport system.
Ensure timely resolution and follow-up on open tickets.
Collaborate with the support team, stakeholders/end users to prioritize and address issues.
2. Documentation:
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation.
Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and stored appropriately.
Support the team in creating user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
3. Support Tasks:
Provide administrative and technical support assigned by EDS (E-commerce and Data services) Supervisor/Manager.
Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities.
4. General Support:
Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the Technology Department’s objectives.

Fresh graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of E-commerce systems is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
