Lead a team of 5+ electronics engineers responsible for the full product lifecycle including product design, failure root cause analysis, components selection & qualification, production transfer support, engineering data management and documentation review.
> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Test Team leader
To deliver initial testing effort needed for new developments and functional enhancements.
Monitor, measure, control and report to management on Test progress, product quality, Test results and Test Completion.
To provide leadership and guidance to the test team on best practice, mentoring and supporting development of team members with training and growth plans.
Manage resources effectively to ensure utilisation is maximised, aligned to plan, budget and to timeframes.
Drive standards and best practices in QA and Testing, champion the adoption of continuous quality improvement through automation.
Practical knowledge on Hipot Test, Burn In test, Component test Level ( ICT, Flying probe test…) and Functional Test, Firmware loading, IC program
Practical knowledge on EEC tester, Chroma tester, NHR tester…
Resolve problem and maintenance test equipment, test fixture as schedule.
Support and resolve problem regarding to technical on testing process.
Design test fixtures for new build as assignment.
Follow up with improvement projects as assignment from Manager.
Improving the current production line equipment / tooling jig / practices and processes, and improve production efficiency and unit capacity.
Other duties may be assigned.

Degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalents.
5+ years of experience in electronics fields with good knowledge of power supply, characterization, testing, simulation, safety regulations.
Practical knowledge on Hipot Test, Burn In test, Component test Level ( ICT, Flying probe test…) and Functional Test, Firmware loading, IC program
Practical knowledge on EEC tester, Chroma tester, NHR tester…
University or equivalent degree or above, automated or electronic professional.
Strong instrumentation and test equipment skills.
Intermediate data reduction and report writing.
Ability to trouble-shoot components, assemblies, and subsystems.
Working knowledge of complex electronic systems.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to be proactive to isolate and identify problems.
