Texturizing (DTY) Process Technical Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for process development and optimization for converting POY into DTY, ensuring product quality meets standards.
2. Confirm texturizing parameters and interlacing (network point) parameters according to fabric and yarn requirements; provide technical support.
3. Monitor and adjust key process parameters such as processing speed, texturizing temperature, draw ratio, and oiling rate.
4. Analyze twist level or friction-twist strength (D/Y) and resolve process-related issues during production.

1. Familiar with polyester yarns and texturizing processes; experience as a Process Engineer (PE) or similar role is preferred.
2. Solid understanding of process principles and parameter adjustment methods; able to independently complete process optimization.
3. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills; able to respond quickly to production needs.
4. Responsible working attitude with good communication and teamwork skills
