Mô tả Công việc

  1. Stock Management
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate stock distribution across channels and warehouses.
    • Monitor stock movement, inventory status, and maintain inventory reports.
    • Manage stock transfers, gift stock, and POSM while supporting the resolution of stock-related issues.
  2. Promotion Execution
    • Support the planning and execution of promotion programs, campaigns, and sales activities across channels.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to prepare promotional gifts and ensure timely delivery.
    • Monitor promotion performance and support post-campaign evaluation.
  3. Merchandising Execution
    • Implement merchandising programs in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
    • Coordinate POSM production and installation, ensuring execution follows brand guidelines and timelines.
    • Update merchandising data and monitor execution progress through internal systems.
  4. Sales Support & Reporting
    • Support budget tracking, expense control, and payment processes for Trade Marketing activities.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to monitor performance and support business decisions.
    • Support operational systems and other tasks assigned by the Trade Marketing Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

•        1-2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Support/ Sales Admin or related functions. Experience in promotion execution, merchandising, or supplier coordination is an advantage.

•        Good understanding of Trade Marketing, distribution channels, and consumer-oriented activities. Knowledge of FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce is a plus.

•        Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to organize, analyze, and summarize data effectively.

•        Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially in managing data, reports, POSM, and promotion activities.

•        Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and external partners.

•        Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines.

•        Willing to go on field visits when required to monitor and ensure execution quality.

•        Passionate about Trade Marketing and eager to grow long-term in this field.
