Transformation Project Management

Manage & Monitor Digital Transformation Projects:

• Participate in and/or take the lead in digital transformation projects from planning through successful implementation.
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, and KPIs
• Support the transition of implemented solutions to process owners.

Collaborate with Internal Departments & External Partners

• Work closely with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of digital technologies into business processes.
• Collaborate with Group functions and external vendors to implement and integrate digital solutions.

Experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in managing digital projects and/or technology integration is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of Excel VBA, Python, and SQL.
• Strong interest in emerging digital trends and technologies.
• Ability to effectively apply AI tools in daily work.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with data and analytical tools.

Language

• Good English communication skills, especially listening and speaking.
• Equivalent to approximately IELTS 6.0; certification is not required and English ability can be demonstrated during the interview.
