1. Floor Operation
- Floor checking: Supervise hygiene, technical, activities issues at the floor on operation time
- Control product quality, prices, TAG, visual merchandise of the brands in charge; Managing the demand-supply of the products
- Collaborate with Customer Service team to train and supervise brand staff to follow Lotte Mall regulation
- Collaborate with Customer Service team and related departments to solve customer complaint and any other arising problems quickly and effectively
2. Sales & Marketing Event
- Discuss on time with tenants to co-operate and support them with marketing program, promotion events, staff and merchandise management to ensure professional brand and enhance revenue
- Participate in creating and organizing marketing events with Sales Planning & Marketing team to grow up sales and attract new customers
- Invite and support brands to propose promotions to match with seasons, Lotte events (Gala Night, Lotte Private Sale, Anniversary), promotion program via Lotte channels (Facebook, Website, LCD, etc.)
- Implement sales confirmation, deduction, manual list, modify sales error by sequences on time
- Supervise sales performance and prepare sales plan with low sale brands
3. Leasing & Lease Agreement
- Supervise and keep track with changes of market to build potential and trendy vendor list in categories
- Actively contact tenants to find out about their business potential and demands for premise at mall, thereby introduce Lotte Mall premises to tenants
- Maintain and build up relationship with current tenants and potential tenants as well to evaluate busines status, plan and strategies of them
- Build and report for approval of T&C policy for each tenant; Draft and negotiate to finalize content, and get signature of Tenancy Agreement, Offer to Lease (OTL)
- Proceed extension or termination of Tenancy Agreement with tenants on expiry date, inform tenants of termination procedures and deposit return
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Marketing
- No experience required. If the candidate has experience in internship or casual work at retail stores, it is a plus.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese
- Hard-working, have good team-work and communication skills
- Can work under high pressure and self-motivation
- Must be available to work in shift, 5 days/weeks (Shift 1: 8:30 - 5:30; Shift 2: 14:30 - 22:30)
