Maestro Vietnam is a design & build and project management company specializing in high-end interior fit-out and construction projects. As part of our business expansion, we are looking for an experienced Estimation Manager to lead our Estimation & Tender function.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead estimation, pricing, and tender submission activities for construction projects
• Manage full tender process from invitation to submission stage
• Review drawings, BOQ, specifications, and commercial requirements
• Develop competitive pricing strategies while maintaining target profit margins
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, QS, Contracts, and Project teams during tender stage
• Manage supplier/subcontractor quotations and commercial comparisons
• Identify commercial risks and support tender strategy planning
• Lead and develop Estimation team capabilities and systems

• Good English communication
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of experience in estimation/tendering for Main Contractor projects
• Strong experience in tender submission management for large-scale projects
• Good understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and commercial management
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Experience in high-rise, hospitality, commercial, residential, or fit-out projects is preferred
