• Assist with the preparation of daily journal entries and guarantee accurate financial transactions in the GL.
• Participate in the monthly closings process, ensuring it is flexible, prompt, and dependable.
• Ensure that all pre-opening expenses are accurately documented under VAS.
• Examine and balance accounts to make sure they are accurate and comprehensive.
• Compile monthly reconciliations of the balance sheet and examine any deviations.
• In charge of inter-company balances and reconciliation; creating payment lists and making sure all payments are made on a scheduled basis; being knowledgeable about all forms of taxes, including VAT, PIT, CIT, WHT, and others; making sure tax reports are filed in accordance with legal requirements; and making sure fixed assets are depreciated correctly in accordance with VAS and group policies
