I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

* Conceptualization and Storytelling:

• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video content in collaboration with the marketing and content teams.
• Craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate brand messages and engage the audience.

* Video Production:

• Shoot, direct, and capture high-quality video footage using cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Ensure visual and audio consistency and quality throughout the production process.

* Editing and Post-Production:

• Edit and assemble video content, adding graphics, music, and other elements to enhance visual appeal.
• Collaborate with editors and animators to achieve desired effects and polish final deliverables.

* Platform Adaptation:

• Tailor video content for different platforms, optimizing for social media, websites, and other digital channels.
• Implement best practices for video formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements.

* Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand video requirements and align content with overall marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, animators, and other team members to enhance video content.

* Trend Awareness:

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative video production techniques.
• Integrate innovative and trending elements into video content to maintain relevance.

* Analytics and Optimization:

• Monitor and analyze video performance metrics to gather insights.
• Implement feedback and insights to optimize future video content for increased engagement.

* Project Management:

• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when necessary.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

* Knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in Creative Marketing or a related field.
• Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Excellent command of English

* Skills

• Have logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and excellent communication, presentation skills.
• Strong storytelling skills and an understanding of visual communication principles.

• Highly meticulous and good at coordination, able to work under extreme pressure.

* Experience

• At least 2 years of work experience in graphic design.
• Proven experience as a Video Content Creator or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video content.
• Strong storytelling skills and an understanding of visual communication principles.
• Experience in an ecommerce platform is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in video editing and animation.
