Operate and maintain professional-grade video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and stabilizers.
Utilize mobile shooting techniques when required for social media authenticity.
Trendspotting and Innovation:
Stay up to date with social media video trends and incorporate them into projects.
Experiment with creative shooting styles to make content stand out.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in video production, specifically for social media platforms like TikTok and Facebook.
Experience in shooting outdoor portrait videos for KOLs/KOCs, ensuring the tone and mood match the celebrity’s style and appearance.
Proficiency in operating video cameras and lighting equipment, particularly for TikTok-style content.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in operating video cameras, lighting equipment, and post-production workflows.
Familiarity with TikTok, Facebook, and emerging video trends.
Experience with livestream technical operations, including managing key livestream sessions, setting up equipment, and ensuring the right lighting, storage, and setups for different live stream scenarios.
Ability to handle multiple tasks such as camera angles and lighting adjustments in a small team (2-3 people).
Skilled in handling technical issues during live broadcasts and managing smooth transitions.
