F&B Service Agent
- Assist the Captain and/or TL with day-to-day operation of the operation
- Serve food and beverages efficiently according to established standard
- Maintains high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all service area
F&B Captain
- Assist the Outlet Manager with day-to-day operation of outlet and lead a small team in ensuring overall smooth operation with prompt service at all times.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently according to established standard. Maintains high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all service area.
- Ensure work place safety practice is adhered to.- Participate in inventory management
F&B Bartender
- Assist the Bar Captain and/or Bar TL with day-to-day operation of the bar
- Prepare, present and serve beverages efficiently according to established standard
- Maintains high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in bar area- Ensure work place safety practice is adhered to, especially when operating bar equipment- Perform cashiering duty for cash bar operation
- Both Male & Female at the age 20-40
- At least 1-2 years of F&B experience in 5 Stars/reputable restaurant
- High School Graduate or Middle School Graduate/ F&B related certificate is an advantage
- Able to communciate with Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Bartender can consider for candidate has experience with English speaking.- Basic F&B product and service knowledge/customer service skills
