Warehouse Assistant Manager

Working at : Binh Duong ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Main duties:

1. Warehouse & Process Management:

• Maintain inventory integrity: Oversee all warehouse stock, guaranteeing that all inbound and outbound logistics strictly align with established SOPs and standards.

• Execute routine stock audits: Conduct weekly and monthly physical inventory counts to ensure absolute alignment (100% accuracy) between system data and actual stock.

• Optimize stock levels:  Arrange warehouse in Implement inventory control strategies to minimize excess stock and reduce holding costs.

• Optimize warehouse layout and maximize space utilization

2. Team Leadership & Development:

• Supervise warehouse personnel: Monitor daily operations of warehouse associates, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and equipment is operated safely.

• Enhance team capabilities: Evaluate workforce performance and spearhead targeted training initiatives to boost productivity and operational excellence.

• Skill-to-task mapping: Verify that all operators possess the necessary qualifications and skill levels required for their specific assignments.

3. Cross-functional Coordination & Reporting:

• Cross-departmental collaboration: Partner with Planning, Production, Customer Service, and Shipping teams to streamline supply chain flow and maintain optimal stock levels.

• Financial & operational reporting: Prepare detailed inventory reports, analyze monthly warehouse expenditures, and propose actionable cost-saving solutions.

4. Compliance & General Duties:

• Uphold HSE standards: Enforce strict adherence to company regulations and factory standards regarding health, security, safety, and environmental protection.

• Flexible operational support: Execute additional tasks and special projects as requested by management to support business needs.

• University graduate in a related field.

• 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong familiarity with standard management systems and protocols.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
