Organize the delivery and transportation of goods according to the delivery plan.

In combination with the human resources department, recruit and train employees in their department.

Manage and assign tasks to each member of the department, guide and meet the effective working environment for the whole warehouse system.

Planning and implementing tasks such as repairing, expanding, renewing, installing equipment for warehouses and standard warehouse systems of the company. Organize the implementation of 5S work at the Warehouse.

Organize and be responsible for planning production orders, trade goods. Advise on the minimum inventory of finished goods-goods in each period.

Organization and management of goods warehouse: manage the quantity (import, export, inventory) of the warehouse, carry out the procedures for importing and exporting goods, arranging, storing and preserving goods. Carry out the packing of delivered goods as required.

Organize the delivery, transportation and delivery between warehouses and customers as required. Control and check delivery progress.

Proactively solve related problems. Directly support employees of the logistics department to solve difficult cases or problems at work that are beyond their ability to handle.

Responsible for handling the warranty for customers

Ensure that all parties in the supply chain are prepared to ship and receive their materials on the scheduled date and time. Both parties must be on schedule, otherwise they will have to compensate for the loss of the change.

Coordinating with transport companies for optimal transportation of goods, negotiating the best price, supervising the picking, packing and operating staff.

Make an asset inventory report for the company's finance and accounting department.

Perform other arising tasks under the direction of superiors and the board of directors.

STANDARD COMPETENCIES

Degree: University – Major: QTKD, supply chain, Logistics Number of years of relevant experience: 02 years or more
