WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient stock management, including inbound and outbound operations, inventory control, warehouse organization, and compliance with safety standards. The position ensures that all goods, including food ingredients, baking supplies, and kitchen equipment, are received, stored, and issued properly to meet operational needs while maintaining hygiene and safety requirements.

Execute Inbound and Outbound Procedures

• Verify and cross-check all inbound and outbound shipment documents to ensure accuracy and compliance policies.
• Coordinate and perform receiving and dispatching of goods for relevant departments or individuals.
• Collect, file, and transfer inbound/outbound documentation to the Purchasing or Accounting departments as required.
• Monitor and supervise stock movement and implement proper inventory procedures.
• Track daily goods in/out and reconcile physical inventory with the Accounting department.

Inventory Monitoring and Control

• Ensure accurate stock levels and initiate returns of goods or equipment from relevant departments when necessary.
• Schedule and coordinate periodic stocktakes in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Immediately report any unusual inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager for prompt resolution.

Organize and Maintain Warehouse Standards

• Assign and implement effective goods arrangement strategies in the warehouse.
• Ensure all stock items are stored and preserved according to standard operating procedures and product-specific requirements (e.g. food ingredients, kitchen equipment).

Other Duties

• Maintain both internal and external working relationships within job scope.
• Submit reports as required by supervisors and management.
• Provide insights on sourcing lead times and feasibility.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Proven 2+ years experiences in Warehouse operations or Inventory control

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields.

Good knowledge of local supplier market. Attention to detail and accuracy.

Familiarity with warehouse audits, physical counts, coordinating with multiple departments.

Proficiency in SAP system, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.

Preferably in F&B ingredients, bakery supplies, or kitchen equipment storage.

Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
