Washing & Graphic QA Technologist (5+ Years of Experience)

WASH TECH – must be expert in washing having experience working with laundries directly.

-      Responsible for approving shade blankets, identifying & improving wash defects in bulk production.

-      Involve during development of lab dip and identify risk involved in any wash color /technique.

-      Wash control process VALIDATION - on type of chemical, dye stuff. acid being used, cycle time which is meeting approved specification.

-      Ensure Laundry SOP & direct communication with customer on issues found and resolution

-      Pre-shipment Audit- 100 % AQl audit cover all style by laundry, conduct audit on garment based on daily output prior to shipment to garment factory.

-      Facilitate shade band approval from VS Wash team.

GRAPHICS - Expert in Graphic – printing, embroidery

-      Need good working knowledge of different print processes in garments.

-      Set up proper SOP for graphic mills based on brand stds

-      Work with customer directly on print & embroidery approvals in bulk.

-      Educate teams and customer on high risk prints, embroidery and their application & provide suggestions on simplifying processes.

-      Data driven approach to record all defects & report back.

-      Analyzing top 3 defects & educating QC/FQA staffs for continuous improvement.

-      Share weekly & monthly data to on key quality issues noticed & work on Corrective action plan and Root cause analysis to avoid the issue in future.

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Lunch Break: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Work Location: GLOBAL HANSOLL Company – The Vista Somerset, 628C Vo Nguyen Giap Street, An Khanh Ward, HCMC.

·        Have 5+ years of garment merchandising, QA experience, or a relevant diploma/degree.

·        Experience in development and bulk production for washes & graphics.

·        Prior work with international brands.

·        Strong English and MS Office skills.

·        Problem-solving ability, and strong knowledge of wash/graphic techniques.
