- Work Location: Bien Hoa City
- Monthly Salary: 10M ~ 20M VND Gross
<Job Responsibilities>
・Communicating with the Accounting firm
・Contacting customers who have issued invoices to confirm payment and demand payment
・Managing the contract with customers
・Making reminders and confirming collections
・Organizing internal events
・Implementing legal procedures and documents of the company and foreigners
・Other tasks assigned by the Japanese General Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Gender: Any, Females prefer
・Language: English Conversational Level (mainly for communication with the Thai office via email)
・Experience: Having more than 3 years of Accounting or HR experience in any industry
・Others:
+ Can use Excel
+ Someone who can carry out work by carefully and meticulously checking
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese Conversational Level (N3)
・Having working experience in a Japanese company
・Having N2 Japanese certificate
