<Job Description>
Clinic Operations Management:
- Oversee all clinical operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese Ministry of Health regulations and Japanese medical standards.
- Plan, organize, and supervise medical examination and treatment processes, ensuring the highest quality of healthcare services.
- Develop and implement procedures and guidelines for doctors (part-time/collaborating doctors) and medical staff (nurses, technicians).
- Proactively propose and implement clinical initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality.
Patient Care and Consultation:
- Conduct medical examinations and treatments according to Vietnamese Ministry of Health regulations and Japanese medical standards.
- Provide patients and their families with advice on treatment methods, nutrition, and healthcare.
- Ensure patients receive comprehensive, dedicated, and professional care.
Management of Medical Staff and Employees:
- Train and develop doctors, nurses, and technicians to improve both professional and soft skills.
- Organize staff meetings to communicate clinic-wide information.
- Build a positive work environment, encouraging cooperation and enhancing team performance.
- Proactively develop and implement regular training programs to enhance the professional skills of the medical team.
Healthcare Service Development and Customer Relations:
- Research and develop new healthcare services to meet patient needs and modern healthcare trends.
- Build strong customer relationships, ensuring patient satisfaction and maintaining trust in the clinic.
- Manage and develop relationships with healthcare partners.
Business Operations Support:
- Participate in developing the clinic's business development strategy and propose recommendations to improve the clinic's business operations.
- Monitor the clinic's business activities, ensuring operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Proactively analyze and evaluate business performance, and propose continuous improvement solutions.
Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop ideas and propose community health care activities, branding campaigns, and promotions.
- Directly present or lead the medical team (doctors, nurses, technicians) to participate in community health events and promote the clinic's brand.
- Provide expert advice on the clinic's professional content for in-clinic publications and advertising channels such as Facebook, Zalo, website, TikTok, etc.
- Proactively participate in marketing strategies, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of health messages.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Have a Postgraduate degree (CK1, Master, CK2, ...)
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: Over 3 years of experience working in the Department of General Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Family Medicine
+ Previously held the position of Director of a clinic
+ In-depth professional knowledge of General Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
+ Practicing certificate
+ Ultrasound certificate
