・Check docs to see if goods delivery is arranged according to contracts and credit limit.
・Communicate with logistics companies for daily delivery operations.
・Communicate with Sales Coordinators and the Accounting department, managers, and others if requested for daily operations.
・Input goods delivery data, payment to supplier, etc into the system.
・Verify logistics charges with delivery documents.
・Study the related laws to the business if requested.
・Send report as requested (Chemical report…).
・Other requirements from managers.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Gender: Female only
・Age: 25-32 years old
・Language: English Business Level (for internal communication, working with clients, overseas suppliers, and documents)
・Experience:
- Have at least 3 years of logistics-related experience in the manufacturing/trading/logistic industry.
- Have logistics-related experience (Experience in Import & export procedure; HS Code Classification; Incoterm; Logistics transaction; International business; ….)
- Good MS Office Excel, and Word skills

・Can use SAP
・Can use Japanese
