Team Leader / Supervisor

Working hours: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday
External Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
Develop and drive project strategies, ensuring successful outcomes and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction throughout each campaign.
Oversee client accounts, including proposal planning, budget management, and advertising expenditure control.
Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to support the successful execution of client projects.
Internal Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks such as paperwork, invoice control, payment tracking, and coordinating with Finance and Production teams to address queries.
Allocate tasks effectively, manage team workload, and conduct performance evaluations, offering timely and constructive feedback.
Deliver training and coaching to team members to enhance their project management skills and knowledge.
Ensure teams are well-informed and engaged, facilitating smooth project execution while fostering a collaborative and empowering environment.
Work closely with the General Director to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up as necessary.
Provide proactive assistance to the General Director in advance of meetings, project planning, and execution to achieve company objectives.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management (agency experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with upper-intermediate proficiency in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, media databases, and social media platforms.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
