JOB DESCRIPTION: ACCOUNTANT
Company: Foreign Pharmaceutical Company
Salary: 15 million VND gross

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Daily Accounting Tasks:
   • Record transactions, verify documents, and process financial data.
   • Monitor accounts payable/receivable and perform reconciliations.
2. Financial Management:
   • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
   • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
3. Tax and Compliance:
   • Handle VAT, PIT, and CIT reports and ensure timely submissions.
   • Ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations.
4. Audit Support:
   • Collaborate with auditors and tax authorities when required.
5. Other Tasks:
   • Support related departments and perform tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirement

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in pharmaceuticals or foreign companies.
• Language: Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.
