Accounting Associate Manager

Job Description

ROLE OBJECTIVES

• Ensure Finance & Accountant system and policies to run smoothly.
• Skill in organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling personal workflow.
• Ability to liase with Tax Authority and Audit for needed issues.
• Liase with Bank, software firm for needed issues.
• Provide professional advice to improve client services.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Supervise accounting staffs for the smooth operation in accounting team.
• Be responsible for the complete and timely processing of journal entries, analysis of general ledger account activities and other monthly closing activities.
• Responsible for month-end/quarter-end/year-end report, Tax Declaration and finalization, assist Chief Accountant to deal with Bank, external and internal Auditors, Tax officers if needed.
• Prepare and submit required reports to the relevant authorities.
• Participate in department and corporate projects to improve internal accounting system and processes as a key user.
• Book Personnel cost related to Talentnet and Outsoucing staffs.
• Be responsible on POS’s NET Revenue Reconciling.
• Support Accounting staffs to remind over-due debts with higher level colleagues such as Team Leader, Heads, provide other supportive activites as their request to chase debts.
• Manage and update Accounting’s Processes by ISO.
• Responsible for performace assessments for accounting staffs
• Conduct training courses to guide accounting processess for business divisions and accounting team
• Be a Project Leader for accounting projects as assigned.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Accounting or Auditing.
• 8-10 years of working experience in accounting or auditing.
• Other qualification related to Tax practising Certificate is nice to have.
