Job Description

1. AR module

1.1 Issue selling invoices

1.2 Record Revenue & COGS

2. FA module

2.1Follow up FA profile & filing (incl: preparing documents under local requirements)

2.2 Follow up FA recon monthly (incl: monthly depreciation, net book value…)

3. GL module

3.1 Check & book the reclassified entries

3.2 Monthly payroll expenses

3.3 Monthly allocating prepaid account

3.4Monthly accrual

3.5 Blackline recon

4.Costing

4.1 Handling the costing function, fix the costing error in SAP and roll up cost monthly

5.Closing

5.1 Bank reconciliation end of period (WD1)

5.2 Reconcile Revenue with Exim

5.3Review COGS change

5.4 Reconcile AP aging and resolve any discrepancies

5.5 Reconcile AR aging and resolve any discrepancies

5.6 FA/ Prepaid recon

5.7Stock reconcile

5.8 Provision entries

6 Statutory reports

6.1Support Finance manager with financial statements, annual CIT settlement

7 Compliance

7.1Ensure the Company policy and SOX requirements and liaise with Head of Dept. to improve internal systems and procedures.

8. Other duties assigned by Manager

Job Requirement

1. Yêu cầu về trình độ học vấn/ Education requirement

Graduated with major in finance, accounting or related majors

 Fluent in Vietnamese and good at English (verbal & literacy)

2. Kinh nghiệm làm việc/ Work experience

05 years of accountant experience in FDI company, USA corporate/ EPE company is a plus

3. Kiến thức, kỹ năng, và năng lực/Knowledge, Skills and abilities

Strong accounting system skills, SAP is a plus

Good skill of Excel (Word and PPT are an advantage)

Strong interpersonal and accounting background, especially for Vietnam
