Performing accounting activities for the company:
- Receive, verify the legality, validity, and to ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, accounting standards. and record transactions on a daily basis.
- To prepare tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, WHT…), statistical report, bank report monthly, quarterly, yearly
- To handle inventory balance reports, inventory analysis.
- To process and monitor the AR, AP management.
- Perform cash and banking transactions
- Organize and store accounting books and documents in a scientific and efficient manner.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by by superiors
- At least 2 years of experience required
- Well-versed in tax laws, accounting principles, and standards
- Willing to work and commit long-term
- Good computer skills especially in Excel
- Good English is an advantage
- Proficiency in ERP accounting system
- Good communication
- Have planning and work management skills
