Job Description
- Organize and schedule meetings and events in the department.
- Order stationery and necessary supplies for the department.
- Is the department to receive and classify mail sent to the company.
- Maintain employee records and preserve them.
- Organize and manage customer records.
- Responsible for storing and printing necessary documents when there are important events and meetings at the company.
- Receive calls and redirect to the department in charge of solving the problem.
- Organize activities such as travel, team building, etc.
- Update the situation of company employees, company policies, work progress.
- Maintains close work relationships with other departments and their leaders to promote feedback, cross training and efficient operations.
- Actively assist, support and co-operate with staffs as required.
Other duties as required by Head of Department.
Job Requirement
- Minimum of college education and one years office administrative experience
- Microsoft Office, Microsoft Powerpoint knowledge required
- Must present a well-groomed appearance
- Speak, read, & write English.
- Exceptional and professional communication skills, both oral and written
- Capacity to foster productive relations with peers and ensure a high level of teamwork
