Job Description

1. General affair:

• Check the statement related to company car activities report as: over time, toll fee, over km & usage
• Support daily work: print, copy, scan, seal the documents
• Arrange and classify the documents of expat
• Check the debit note of air ticket and hotel
• Receive and correctly transfer incoming telephone calls

2. License and document:

• Receive incoming letters and deliver to dept. daily
• Collect & transfer outgoing letters daily and transfer to suppliers
• Arrange & issue envelop/bill for dept.
• Search, classify & arrange OVC document (or other related document)
• Support daily work: scan, copy, document filling....
• Other necessary task related to projects (if required)
• Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Deputy Admin Manager and Admin Executive

Job Requirement

• University student majoring in equivalent
• Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and collaborative working manner
• Aesthetic, dynamic, flexible, agile
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
• Strong communication skill (both verbal & written)
• Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks
• Good organizing and time-management skills
