Assistant to General Director

Job Description

• Make the report required by GD or the Parent company

• Assist the task relating Operation and Admin.

• Compile and translate documents from Japanese into Vietnamese and vice versa.

• Assistant and interpreter in meetings and conferences

• Participate in drafting and revising documents, contract.

• Conveying GD’s information/ request to other Departments and monitor progress/quality of implementation

• Coordinate with other Departments in the company to perform and complete the assigned work.

• Other tasks as directed by GD.

Job Requirement

• College’s degree or higher 

• N1 JLPT certificate 

• TOIEC 600+ 

• Proficient in Microsoft office, Excel and Power point skills from basic to advance 

• Have good knowledge and acumen in work as well as work well under high pressure 

• Have ability to respond quickly and carefully 

• Having worked in a Japanese company is an advantage.
