Business Development - Rubber

Job Description

• Search and develop new business opportunities, potential customers, market research, competitor analysis.

• Maintain close relationships with current customers, ensure customer satisfaction and motivate them to continue using the business's products/services.

• Develop and implement long-term business development strategies, helping businesses achieve their business goals.

Job Requirement

• Education: University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant domain
• Experience: 4-5 years in Rubber field (Sales/Purchasing,...)
• Language: Good English
• Competencies: Willing to business travel both domestic and international 
• Behavioral Competencies: Sensitive, careful, honest and teamwork
