Job Description

Performing file storage and document organization tasks
Assisting in processing labor contracts with employees
Supporting monthly job performance appraisal
Checking and reviewing the status of files for all employees
Checking and compiling monthly timekeeping records of employees.
Support HR department in other projects as and when required.

Job Requirement

Excellent office computer skills (MS Excel)
Good at numerical and logical thinking
Honesty, integrity, carefulness
Excellent organization and time management skill
Ability to handle multi-tasking under high pressure,
Ability to demonstrate a professional, confident, and ‘can do’ attitude.
