1. Workforce planning & budget management: Together with Head of HRBP to work with the Business Leaders to plan for the budget & Headcount in order to meet the business objectives
2. Performance management: To drive the high performance culture by effectively facilitate the performance management process, coaching & guide people manager on performance management for up to management level.
3. Employee management: Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the internal client, Builds a strong business relationship with the partners & Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client’s side
4. Talent management & Succession plan: implement succession plan up to management level. Identified the talent & develop the IDP to develop talent
5. Talent Acquisition: To recruit from Grade 9+ for the business unit
6. Change management: Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks, challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes up to Center/ Regional level
Job Requirement
1. Educational Qualifications
Graduated from University or above
2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
5-7 year experiences in human resources management
Good understanding of HR best practice and ability to apply this to employee relations cases
Good of performance management and working within defined policies and procedures

4. Relevant Experience
+4 years of experience in: HRBP, L&D, C&B
