Upsell & Cross-sell Opportunities: Determine customer demands and expectations, collaborate with Sales and Marketing team to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities that fit customer needs.
Feedback-Driven Enhancements: Identify and recommend product and service enhancements informed by customer feedback to improve client satisfaction and long-term business growth.
Job Requirement
Ability to analyze customer data and make decisions based on the collected information.
At least 2-3 years of experience in customer management, particularly in B2B.
Knowledge of CRM systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with clients.
English reading, writing, and communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
